Yorukoglu Sut ve Urunleri San. Tic. A.S. was established in 1977 under Yorukoglu Sut Sanayi with 1 ton/day capacity as dairy. Our company was changed to Limited Company in 1991 and continued with 40 ton/day capacity. In September 2005 the company was named as "Joint-Stock Company" with a 500 ton/day capacity.
In 1993 our modern facility was founded to make production with high hygenic standards and technological opportunities through the importance we give to the people, our willing to follow developing technology and demands of the customers. The facilities started the production in Augost of 1996 on 12.000m2 closed and 21.027m2 open area with 500ton/day milk processing capacity.
We are honored to give our modern production facilities compatible with nature and technology at service of our customers. In our facilities yoghurt, white cheese, classical cheese, stager, condensed yoghurt, ayran, butter, curd cheese, cream, cream cheese, string cheese, plaited cheese, Urfa cheese, herby cheese, circassian cheese, pasteurized milk, skin, whipped cream, UHT milk, fruit nectars, fruit juices, flavored UHT milk, village-type cheese, milk puddings, ice cream, milk ice UHT cream, halloumi cheese, mozzarella, mozzarella in water, milk and ice cream production and jam are produced.
QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
At Yorukoglu Sut ve Urunleri San. Tic. A.S. TS-EN-ISO 9001, TS EN ISO 22000 ve BRC Global Food quality management system was established, documented and improved for the continuity and efficiency.
In 26.08.2013 the company took Halal Certificate of Compliance for Raw Milk, Pasteurized Milk, White Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Halloumi Cheese, Processed Cheese, Labne Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, String Cheese, buttermilk, yogurt, cream, milky puddings, butter and Herbed Cheese.
For now the company exports to United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Iraq, Algeria, Yemen, Afghanistan, England.
The annual return of 2013 is 120 million USD
