Are you a trader or a factory?
We are a factory. All sales are factory sales. Our prices are factory-direct price.

What's your factory production capacity per month?
8000 tons per month.

What percentage of your sales are exports?
We export more than 90 percent of our output.

What is the minimum order quantity?
1 x container (20' FCL) for our own brands.
10 x containers for 'private label' products.

What are your terms of payment?:
L/C or CAD.

What are your delivery terms?
FOB Gebze Port (Turkey) / CFR (Your seaport)

What information should I provide to get a quote?
Delivery port, estimated order quantity, weight of packaging, pasta variety (spaghetti or short-cut).

When can I get the quote?
Same business day we receive your inquiry. If you need the quote very urgently, please call us so we can help faster.

Do you have a price catalogue?
No, we don't. Every single transaction carried out is unique, and the costs/prices vary from month to month in either direction, which renders earlier quotations somewhat meaningless.

Do you have a product catalogue?
Yes, we do have a catalogue for different varieties of pasta that we can send you upon request.

Can I get a free sample?
Yes, but you need to undertake the express courier cost.

What's the lead time for the sample and the bulk order?
3 days if it's one of our own brands, 7 days if it's a custom sample, and 20 days for the bulk order.

Can I get my own labels/brands on the product?
Yes. It is customized as per your requirement. (Min. order for private label is 10 x containers)

Can you do the package design for me?
Yes, we have in-house designers, and we welcome all requests for artwork (color, logo, design, package, carton mark, your language).

What is the mold charge and deposit for new package design?
Our mold fee is 500 USD/dimension. The mold can be used for a long time. The mold lead time is 15 days. The deposit for packaging material is 3000 USD/dimension.

What artwork format do you accept for printing my customized designs?
PSD, AI, PDF. At least 300 dpi.

Do you hold stock?
We don't hold inventory for private label products, however we have good stock availability for our own brands.

Which quality standards do you adhere to?
ISO 22000, SGS, Kosher, Halal Certificate, and TSE. Also, all our production must comply with the Turkish Food Codex Regulatations enforced by the Ministry of Health in Turkey.

Do you accept third party Q.C. inspection?
Yes we do. We can also supply you with pictures before loading.
