Halim KIRTIZ was born in 1944 of a farmer family in Polatli and contiuned as a farmer till his trade life by building a bakeshop in 1980. In 1984 he became one of the founders of Polatli Exchange of Commerce.
Between 1981 - 2006 he traded many products like wheat, pulses, spices, grains, seeds, fertilizers and coal. In 2006 he bought flour facility at Antalya Organized Industry Zone and started production and sale after a serious renewal process.
Cem Oguz Kirtiz has been the General Manager since the foundation. Between 1990 and 2006 he managed Polatli Kirtizlar Flour Facility of "KIRTIZ" family. The General Manager, Cem Oguz Kirtiz, is also vice president of Anatolia Flour Industrialists Association and board member of Turkish Flour Industrialists Association. He played an active role to shape wheat flour and flour production strategies of Turkey. He is also the member of Antalya Industry and Business Association.
Our General Manager is also the partner of a wheat importing company to supply quality raw material of flour industrialists, especially for our factory.
Yeliz KIRTIZ graduated from Department of Business of Istanbul University in 1998 and was successful in the region by trading of pulses, fertilizers, wheat, coal and grain in Polatli Exchange of Commerce with Halim Kirtiz. Since 2007 she is in the senior management team as finance and marketing manager.
Erol KIRTIZ graduated from Computer Engineering of F.M.V. Isik University and is general coordinator of purchasing, production, quality control, R & D, transport and human resources in the factory.
