Our company was established in 2002 and completed many successful projects in local market formerly and then starting from 2014 we have concentrated on more export sales. We have 3 brands under the names of DM, BAUMANN and VERUPLAST which are registered locally and abroad. Firstly, we have started to export in Balkan countries and nowadays we are working with France, Serbia, Belgium, Montenegro, Romania, Hungary, Italy and Germany predominantly. We work mainly with distributers, DIY stores and warehouses in those countries. In our business system with our export customers; with effective supply chain management and keeping adequate stocks in their warehouses, we are supporting our customers for delivering the goods within 24 hours to the end users. In our budget of 2022, export sales was 85 % and local sales was 15% and we continue to produce parallel to these percentages. Besides our export sales, we are still active in local market and all over the Turkey we are producing UPVC windows and doors for public housing projects which has quantities between 500 to 1.000 buildings. Additional to DIY stores and distributers in Europe, we had a new distributor agreement with Qatar in 2021 summer and we are producing approximately 70.000 units of windows and doors for family and labor accommodations of FIFA World Cup 2022. This project is going to be completed in December 2021. In 2019 December, we purchased and moved to our new factory with a total area of 15.000 m2 and we continue our operations such as UPVC Windows/Doors production, double glazing glass and aluminum windows/doors in our new facility. At the moment we have 150 blue collared, 35 white collared employees. We have a capacity of 1.000 units of Windows/Doors (in 3 production lines, with 6 CNC Cutting Machines) and 700 m2 double glazing glass in one shift per day. In some of our production departments (with bottleneck analysis) we have 2 shifts per day. In the budget of 2022, with considering the demand which we hope to receive from your company; we are going to increase the capacity with a rate of 30% and we are going to work in one of our production lines in two shifts completely. Besides within this year, we have revised our frame and sash assembling lines, based on the principal of continue system with new machines and workbenches. In our factory; quality, logistics and production departments are working with just in time system; starting from raw material acceptance till product packaging. Besides quality, worker satisfaction and capacity targets; for us just in time and due dates of trucks/containers are very important factors to obtain customer satisfaction as our distributers and DIY store customers promises to deliver within 24 hours to the end users. In additional to our product quality, we are aware of the importance of packaging quality and with that mentality we didn’t receive any customer complaints for 2 years. In theory, we are a company produce to order but for balancing customer demands; in winter season we are producing to stock with forecasting of last year sales. Since our orders have mostly more than one product/ dimension and as we produce to stock in winter season, we often handle our stocks according to actual orders of pallets that we receive in season so we are quite used to do it if necessary from your side. In June 2019, in our old facility which we passed the SEDEX and SMETA audits successfully and we are ready for recurring audits in the terms of preparation and infrastructure at our new factory. We have ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TSE certificates. In additional, with the requests of some of our customers we have got test certificates for our windows and doors (interior/exterior) of PFB Test Institution Company. If requested by Kingfisher group as well, we are ready to do new tests in an accredited institution. In our double glazing glass production department, we are going to apply CEKAL certificate for the products which will be delivered to France as well. In the last two years; our consumption of UPVC profile has increased from 1.500 tons to 5.000 tons per year. Referring to the increased consumption we have purchased 15.000 m2 new land in new Industrial organizational zone at the end of 2020 . We have started the construction of factory building. Excavation works of the land already finished and we continue with prefabricate. We are aiming to finish the construction of the building by June 2022. We are going to produce UPVC profiles with extrusion lines in that new facility and we prepared all the sanitary and electrical infrastructure projects for UPVC profile production. By November 2022 we will start to produce our profiles as we already ordered the machine and moulding system. Hopefully we are going to invest in UPVC profile production in any case and we are going to get the NF certificate by the end of 2022 . One of our vision is to have 2 logistics hub in Europe within next 4 years to serve our customers more efficiently and faster as European market demands it.
