Our company produce 7200 ton Super Open-End Yarn from 100 % cotton with 3168 rotor capacity annual. It has certificate of COTTON USA which has only special firms. Our machine of Open-End Yarn with specialty of USTER QUANTUM and Schlafhorst 288-312-408 produce yarn from 4/1 until 40/1. However, we bought 2004 model of Italian made Savio twisting workbenches in order to provide the better results from the two-ply. The yarns are always controlled in yarn laboratory. We present our yarns to our customers with dye, aprage, standard metrage and especially with guarantee of USTER.

Our weaving operating which was established on May in 2005 worked very labors with own wide and dynamics staff in a short time. In our salon exist that 26 Picanol OMNI-PLUS 280-340 and 20 Picanol GAMMAX 220. Our daily production is 20.000 meters and we produce fabric from NE 4/1 until NE 100/2. Thanks to our reformist staff, we develop new products everyday and progress this field for the sake of to be trademark. We can produce every kind of fabric as the fabrics of clothing, clothing sport, fabric of shirting and every kind of cotton, mixture of cotton polyester-viscouse, lycra, sonil, flax by way of unite with report of dobby in the machines of Picanol Gammax 220. We produce with every kind of cotton and synthetic mixture related to home textile in the machines of Omni-Plus 280-340. Besides, Karl Mayer sizing and warp department which began to function with weaving, level up our quality of fabric to maximum thanks to good and quality operation of sizing.
