AGACKAKAN FURNITURE;
manufactures furniture and educational equipment for preschool and kindergarten for more than 10 years. Our factory; has closed production area of 1700 square meters in Turkey-Istanbul-Esenyurt. On the whole of the production stages; we use water-based natural paint and varnish systems certified to toy safety regulations.
Agackakan Furniture; is one of leader with fast and high quality production with automatic machines such as cnc, laser etc. The facility has a capacity to plan, execute and manage large turnkey projects.
Our company is serving with professional management, experienced employees, aesthetic drawings, fast and qualified production techniques. Quality has always been the motto of the Company. The knowledge and experience developed over these years gave us the advantage to provide a unique service that is specially tailored to meet clients’ requirements and expectations. PRODUCT QUALITY STANDARDS
- Our raw materials; (MDF, Melamine Faced MDF, Chipboards, Melamine Faced Chipboards, Wood etc.) TSE, E1, E2 quality certificates have been supplied from Yildiz Entegre, Kastamonu Entegre and Starwood.
- “Aquacool”water based paint-varnish systems which are certified according to EN 71-3 Toy Safety Regulation are used.
- First class furniture accessories (handles, feet, hinges etc.) are used in all of our products.
- First quality 2mm PVC is used in all of our products.
- As standard, all of our cabinet backrests are produced as 8-mm chipboard and as a canal system.
- In all our board products; 32 DNS sponge and Alpaca hairless fabric is used as standard.
- Lacquer paint applications are made in our figure groups.
