First steps that have brought us to our today’s success are taken 70 years ago in Samsun where a fabric trading company was founded to present the most ones… That is where a new concept fed by creativity and a desire for success is formed. Nowadays we own a fully integrated plant of 27600sqm at 22km from Ataturk international airport where 475 employees are working. 1946… “Huseyin Pala ve Kardesleri” fabric trading Co. is formed. 1952… “Bahar Manifatura, Pala Kardesler” fabric trading Companies are established. 1968… A dyeing and printing company, “Teknik Emprime” is formed, what nowadays is concerned to be a key moment which gave us the opportunity to develop our projects with own designs, colours and patterns according to our concepts, at our own plant what offered much better coordination. Interest shown to this collections grew into a success when they became well known not only in Turkey but at the most international exhibitions participated. That were our first steps at international arena. 1969…Time to expand new horizonts-office of “Bahar Manifatura” Co. is opened in Istanbul. 1972… Istanbul again and this time a knitting mill nowadays comprising 40 knitting and 4 twisting machines that give provide wide production alternatives is founded-the “Ormas” Jsc. 1979… Another important step-“Teknik Emprime” Jsc., the dyeing and a printing company previously founded passes to Pala family’s share. 1989… Experience attained brought us to a point where we were ready to explore international markets and develop exports with newly founded “Teknik Dis” Jsc. The understanding of the fashion concepts and client expectancies made this new company catch increasing trend and success in ready making. Well coordination is attained as full production cycle passes within the same plant. Company is working not as a sub-contractor only, but for own registred brands- “Justice” and ”Sometimes” too. 1992…A will to bring all the family together is brought in to life and all companies are united under the same roof where the business that has started long ago is managed by third generation of Pala family members. 1992…”Technique Gmbh” is founded in Germany the same year to carry out marketing facilities of “Justice” and “Sometimes” brands. 1999… After “Technique” working directly with clients has joined to our group, “Texoport” with Outlet store is founded to give another important service to our clients.
