Multiplex PCR development for detecting some FMF (Famillial Mediterranean Fever) and Cystic Fibrosis mutations ae in progress.The system we developed is veryfast,easy, confirmative and reproducible. It does not require any specific equipment, materials or specialized technical skills. The system can be run on most Real Time PCR equipment.
