BMC’s integrated factory, placed on a 200.000 square meter site in Pinarbasi, Izmir is equipped with state of the art technology in automotive industry, producing tractor heads, heavy, medium and light trucks, pick-ups, minibuses, panel vans, military vehicles, buses and special purpose vehicles, loose engines and spare parts.

BMC has a capacity of producing 22000 engines and 21500 vehicles per annum, employing 3500 dedicated staff. More than 70.000 Cummins engines have been produced in BMC plants since 1986 under the license of Cummins Engine Company, the biggest producer of diesel engines over 200 HP. BMC products, powered by Cummins engines, have gained domestic and international recognition and is rapidly heading towards being a worldwide brand.

BMC San.ve Tic.A.S. as an independent automotive company has made big investments to establish its own foundry. In the initial stage, the foundry met the needs of its in-house production, but increasing capacity over a period of time reached a point where it can now render service to the whole automotive Industry. The foundry of BMC today is capable of rendering service to many automotive corporations not only in Turkey but also all over the world, established through its advanced modeling installation, superior technology, modern production facilities, its qualified staff from its workers to its engineers and its effective “Quality Assurance System”. BMC foundry today has a production capacity of 21.000 tons per annum. Important pieces such as engines, cylinder heads, brake drums have been cast since it’s start up in 1975.
