The firm manufactures to lots of sectors such as automotive sub-industry, textile, elevator, food, electric, electronics, lock, defense industry, furniture, toy, machine, machine sub,-industry with its wide machinery and expert staff. It produces all kinds of customized compression springs, return springs, torsion springs, special form springs, band springs, textile springs, hangers and hanger clips.

Products are manufactures by ISO 9002 and Military test certified wires between 0,20 mm and 16 mm. We work with certified suppliers and use stainless spring wires (AISI 302-304-316-631), mid and high carboniferous spring steel wires (in accordance with DIN17223 norm), oil-hardened spring steel wires, phosphorus, bronze, brass and non-brass spring wires and band materials.

Quality system is supervised at all times from the ram material entry to end product delivery. The orders are tested on spring test devices, checked during the production and recorded and reported before shipment. Retroactive monitoring is provided by production and shipment coding.

According to the customer’s request, the springs produced are finished by grinding mid-process on automated grinding machines, special covering actions, electrostatic powder paint and conveyor band electrical tempering furnaces, and they are prepared for shipment. It is enough for the firms to send technical picture for each product needed. In case of absence of a technical picture, the samples sent are pictured, and production begins upon customer approval.
