Vanasan has been in the valve and fittings manufacturing and trading business since 1979. We are now a leading manufacturer of more than 1200 various types of industrial valves in Turkey. Our primary product line is cast steel (including stainless steel), forged steel and bronze gate, globe, check, ball, plug and diaphragm valves and fittings in API/ANSI/ASA standards. Our valve sizes vary between 1/2 inch to 48 inches. We also manucfacture some types of valves in DIN norms although in limited numbers.
Vanasan produces both manual, gear operated and electrically operated valves. Our electrically operated valves are equipped with world famous Auma actuators. If desired by our customers, we also offer product packages which consists of not only Vanasan brand valves/fittings and Auma actuators, but also of pipes bought from highly respected pipe manufacturers in Turkey and abroad.
We believe that our leadership in the industry is owed to giving utmost importance to quality and to being customer focused all throughout our 24 years of experience. Our products conform with ISO 9001, CE and API standards. Vanasan was awarded EN ISO 9001:2000 by the international German company RWTUV and CE by Bureau Veritas.
Our products are being used by petroleum refineries, petrochemical works, power plants, iron and steel works plants and tires plants in Turkey, Turmenistan, Europe and Middle East for years now. In the last 10 years, 70% of the forged steel valves and 25% of the cast steel valves used by petroleum refineries, petrochemical works and power plants in Turkey have been produced by Vanasan.
