We have been producing sausage, salami, soujouk and pastrami since April 2011 in our factory on 1.500m2 closed area of 3.500m2 open area in Aksaray Organized Industry Zone. Tat Entegre Et Urunleri Tarim Gida Maden San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. was established with 4 entrepreneurs and started to produce with 4 different brands. KOY ET, BECENEK, KUME and CIGDEM are the registered brands belonging to our company. We have been implementing our productions according to mouth-pleasing of traditional Turkey with the management principle of regarding the quality more significant than anything else with our affiliated friends under the umbrella of Tat Entegre Et Urunleri by the experiences of 4 different entrepreneurs. We certainly do not use imported meat. We meticulously choose the meat raised by local animal breeders which are appropriate for the taste of Turks. We use 100% veal in producing Koy Et soujouk. While two partners of the company have still been dealing with fattening and stock-breeding, the other one has been veterinary surgeon. We service thanks to the entrepreneurs who united their knowledge and accumulation coming from past under Tat Entegre Et Urunleri company.
