Our 6,500 sqm manufacturing plant in Istanbul houses all of our business operations including product design, manufacturing and sales. We produce all our tools at our own tool shop using CNC machining center and lathes with CAD/CAM support. All technical operations including product design and manufacturing are carried out according to national and international standards.Production is carried out almost completely in-house, with exception of few minor processes that outsourced. Purchased raw rubber enters the factory in bales and leaves as finished part ready be to put on shelves or used in assembly line. The whole process runs in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management Systems as well as ISO 14001 Environmental and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems under continuous supervision of the auditing bodies. Today we offer more than 5,000 different sizes within our rotary shaft and fluid power production lines. A nation-wide network of authorized distributors is responsible for the sales of SUPTEX products in Turkey. Exports go to various countries in Europe, Middle East, Nort Africa, Asia and Americas.
