We have pleased to introduce ourselves as BOLAT INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTORING CENTER TURKEY. Most of our producing Factories were established in Turkey since 1970. Generally we produce all kind of orders for kitchen equipments & cooking utensils for different markets in Arabic Countries, European Countries and Balkan Countries.
Our smallest Factory bases on 5.000m2 closed area for producing, and our biggest Factory is based on37.000m2. They all are donated with modern machines imported from Italy. Most of our Products are capsulated Bottom top quality Pressure Cookers, Casseroles, Pots, Pans, Saucepots, Saucepans, Fry Pans, Deep Stock Pots, Spaghetti Pots, Couscous Pots, Coffee and Tea Pot Sets, Oven Trays, etc. Each one of our Kitchen equipment is certificated under the license of TSE (Turkish Standard Institution) and has their quality also the certification of CE and ISO 9001, EU FOOD SAFETY TEST AND LEAD and passed CADMIUM FREE TESTS. So our products meet the requirements of FDA regulations.
The technical characteristics of BOLAT INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTORING CENTER TURKEY kitchen equipment are composed of 18 Cr 10 Ni alloys and Nirosta 4301 / 111 C (AISI304 / 2 B) stainless steel which is designed, developed and all research works are completed at our Industries. At our facilities, using special machines and materials such as special emery, which makes them hygienic for human health, like polishing. More importantly, when polishing, we do not use any material such as sulfur and phosphoric acid, which is mostly used and causes cancer. BOLAT INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTORING CENTER TURKEY kitchen equipment are disinfected, packaged, and sold in accordance with non bacterial and in hygienic conditions. Our products are packaged with vacuum systems after being washed in a 20 meter long computerized tunnel at the heat of 50,100, 150 and 200 degrees Celsius and subsequently being dried by means of vapor.
