BAŞYAZICIOĞLU TEXTILE ESTABLISHMENT has started production in 2002 in Kayseri Organized Industry Area with a capacity of 4800 spindles on an area of total 46.000 m² of which 17.000 m² is closed. The firm has increased its capacity to 36.192 spindles in three years. Our establishment serving in the textile sector is producing ring yarns having yarn counts between Ne 12 and Ne 40 for carded and Ne 12 and Ne 50 for combed yarns to be used in weaving and knitting, and 100% and 5% organic blend ring yarns in yarn count range of Ne 12 and Ne 50. Our firm, aiming to be the pioneer in its sector, is proceeding to its aim step by step with its young, dynamic and well-trained staff and the yarn quality produced for domestic and foreign markets.

All procedures in every stage of production, starting from the raw material until the end-product, are performed with fastidiousness. Machine succession consists of the machines manufactured by leading producers in the world spinning sector with the usage of latest technology. Trade marks of the machines in the establishment are:

• Blowing room and cards are RIETER and TRUTZSCHLER
• Drawing frames, combers and sliver lap machines are RIETER
• Roving frames are GROSSENHAINER and ZINSER
• Ring machines are RIETER and ZINSER
• Bobbin machines are SCHLAFHORST.

High class cotton types produced in Turkey are used as the raw material. Selection of the raw material is made by the evaluation of the test results obtained from the PREMIER trade mark machines in Process and Quality Control laboratory.

Products, decided to be produced, are taken into the production in accordance with the procedures and process instructions. They are controlled in every stage of production by the Process and Quality Control Unit.
