Our company is a Turkish, frozen fruits, vegetables, seafood and freshwater items processing, importing, exporting and domestically distributing company based in Ankara, Turkey which was established as a subsidiary of AYDENIZ GROUP OF COMPANIES in 1999.
AYDENIZ GROUP was founded in 1975 mainly to operate in the construction and contracting sector. Today, three group companies operate in the construction, tourism, frozen food and agriculture - stockbreeding industries with employing over 1500 workers and controlling investments in different countries in all over the world.
AHMET AYDENIZ FOOD INDUSTRY AND TRADE CO. is one of the subsidiaries of AYDENIZ GROUP and its’ main field of activity is the production of frozen foods. By using IQF system we are able to process 5.000 Tons of product each year and capable of storing 3.000 Tons products in our cold storage rooms. Ayfrost” is our registered trademark and all of our products are marketed and sold under the name of “Ayfrost Frozen Foods”.
Our facility is based on a total area of 126.000 m2 of which covers 6.000 m2 of closed and 120.000 m2 of open space with totally 200 personnel.
Our product range is formed three basic product groups which covers;
Frozen Fruits:
Raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, sour cherry, cherry, strawberry, wild strawberry, apricot, apple, grape and plum
Frozen Vegetables:
Artichoke, broccoli, carrot, red carrot, bean, tomato, cauliflower, pepper (red, green and yellow), kidney bean, broad bean, Brussels sprout, zucchini, okra, spinach
Frozen Seafood and Freshwater Items:
Clam meat, anchovy, anchovy fillet, cuttlefish, shrimp, octopus, mackerel, bonito, sea bream fillet, sea bass fillet, sand smelt, sardine
