Our company produces high quality and durable knives by combining the original designs of traditional Surmene knives with modern technologies. Since 2006, Kuzey Knife has aimed to continuously raise the quality standards in knife production with Surkarbisa brand. In 2022, the company started to continue its journey with a new brand as Kuzey Knife, in order to introduce its products to the international market.Our company respects our local community and Turkey’s cultural heritage and brings a modern perspective to traditional Surmene knives.

As Kuzey Knife, our mission is to produce quality and authentic Surmene knives and to preserve and keep alive our traditional handicrafts. The quality, craftsmanship and authenticity of our knives provide a unique product experience that we offer to our customers. In addition, respecting the environment, being meticulous concerning occupational health and safety and fulfilling our social responsibility are also part of our mission.

As Kuzey Knife, our vision is to promote Turkish culture and handicrafts worldwide and to pass them on to next generations. We aim for our knives, which are handcrafted using quality materials, to be recognized and preferred worldwide. We also strive to protect natural resources by making our production process more sustainable. In the future, we hope that Surmene knives will be recognized as a global brand and Turkish handicrafts will reach the large masses.
